That’s a question for most of our new customers.Most of our products are for customers to rent out，prolonging service life means providing customers with more profits, and that is the foundation of our long-term cooperation. We won’t make poor quality to kill future market and cooperation.

Below are some but not all details about our products,we hope these can help you know our products before you check it by your hand and eyes.

1. PVC material:

PVC material is very important for inflatables. All of our inflatables are commercial grade. They are constructed with flame-retardant, lead-free commercial grade 18.5oz vinyl, which has three layers, two PVC coated sides with a strong net fabric inside.

2. Net: 

We use 1/8” mesh netting for windows, doors, anti-jump netting and netting for basketball hoop. when children playing inside,their fingers won’t be injured by entering the mesh. The mesh is also transparent enough for adults easy to supervise children.

3. Thread&Stitching: 

We use professional 9 stocks Terylene thread,professional thread for inflatables,strong and high tenacity,ensure the products quality extremely.5 stitches per inch,perfect double stitching,ensuring the inflating volume together and beautiful appearance.

4. Reinforcements:

All inflatables have high stress points areas, such as entry areas, floor bearing areas and uprights joints, or wherever structure panels meet. Our inflatable have strong reinforcements in these areas.These seam with double&triple double stitch, this increase 4-6 layers of strength, which will ensure that the units stay together for a longer lifespan.

5. Inner baffle

Inner baffle is what keeps the inside of your inflatable intact, it is double durable with the seam reinforcement. The stronger the baffles, the tougher the inflatable seams. Our seams are constructed with extra heavy weight, twisted, multi-filament, nylon thread. This can withstand a force of 35 lbs per inch before tearing, and 4x35=140Lbs per inch.

6. Replaceable ladders and slides

For high-volume traffic areas of an inflatable, like sliding and climbing areas, we use extra removable wear covers that can save your time and money by replacing a worn-out one with a new one. The climbing area has safety handrails and foam steps. The slide surface features a removable slide cloth with a built-in slippery coating. Slides are hooded with a protective net to prevent jumping from the top of the platform and to ensure safety.

7.Anchors

Anchor points are the key to keeping the unit stable. Our anchors are constructed of heavy duty webbing,8mm heavy duty D Rings which are more durable and anti-rust. 

8. Blower Tube & Deflation Zipper

Our inflatable units come with a second blower tube (except for small-sizes inflatable games). As inflatables get older they tend to lose more air between the seams, compared to when they are new. Then you can use another new one. For deflation, our units come standard with minimum of 1 heavy duty deflation zipper,covered with hook-and-loop sealed flaps for extra protection.

9. Printing

Quality inflatables also mean quality printing. We mainly have digital printing and hand painting to create vivid artworks. Our printing ink all comply with SGS testing, printing industry standard Moreover, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, which makes the printing non-sticky, and sustains a long time without color fading.

10. Testing

Every product sent from our factory is a product that has been tested by us. After finished, every product will be test , whether it is small as a few square meters or large as thousands of square meters, we ensure that the products received by customers are perfect and can be directly put into use and make profit.
